CNQC Won the Bid for the Phase II Project of the Fufeng Square
On June 6, CNQC won the bid for the phase II project general contracting engineering of the Fufeng Square in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. For this project, the contract amount is RMB 0.798 billion yuan and the total building area is 0.28 million m2, including 15 individual buildings with 32-42 floors.
This project is CNQC’s another successful cooperation with this owner after CNQC won the bid for the phase I general contracting project (RMB 0.912 billion yuan) of the Fufeng Square in February, 2015 and it is also a good model related to realization of the second operation of CNQC through occupying the markets by quality and winning the markets by the site. This project lays a solid foundation for continuously good cooperation between the Group and the owner and it also creates a good situation for expanding markets in Foshan strongly.
